The Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketer to join our team and help advance our mission. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves turning new ideas into real traction. The perfect candidate is a self-starter, resourceful executor, and sharp communicator who is energized by fast-paced environments and tight feedback loops.
In this role, you’ll be fully immersed in the process of new company creation, running experiments that bring early products to market, and testing traction from day one.
Responsibilities

Lead organic growth campaigns: launch and iterate on content-driven funnels, outbound workflows, landing pages, and influencer/partner collaborations.

Create and publish content assets—including short-form videos, reels, carousels, landing page copy, and social content—to drive awareness and engagement.

Speak directly with users and early customers to gather insights and shape messaging, targeting, and GTM strategy.

Track and report on early-stage growth metrics: signups, activations, waitlist conversions, share rates, demo requests, retention—not vanity metrics.

Spin up MVP versions of acquisition channels using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, Typeform, Zapier, and Airtable—no engineering required.

Use AI tools to automate, personalize, and scale growth experiments.

Run lightweight paid media tests (as appropriate), but prioritize cost-effective, high-signal channels for early validation.
Who You Are
Effective growth marketers come from a variety of backgrounds, and we think you’ll thrive in this role with the following qualifications:

Experience in startup, entrepreneurial, or B2B growth roles—especially working on early-stage products or within a venture studio.

Strong grasp of content-first growth, including short-form video and LinkedIn-style thought leadership.

Proven ability to speak with users, synthesize insights, and turn feedback into testable hypotheses.

Familiarity with funnel analysis, onboarding, and activation metrics, and basic growth analytics.

Hands-on fluency with tools such as Pipedrive, Lovable, Figma, Typeform, Notion, GA4, and other AI-forward tools.

A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through testing.
Bonus points if you have the following:

Experience driving traction for early-stage SaaS, low-code tools, or marketplace platforms.

Strong copywriting and short-form video creation skills.

Past work in logistics, financial services, higher education, or healthcare industries.
