What is the interview process at HVL?

The interview process will differ slightly depending on the position. In general, our interview process is comprised of a job-personality assessment, potentially others, a phone call with our Director of Talent, an interview with the hiring manager, and various members of the team. In addition, you will be asked to complete an assignment or project so we can get a sense of how you work, and lastly, we will check references.

How can I prepare for the interview?

We recommend reviewing the job description and researching the companies and products within the portfolio. Be prepared to speak about your background and experience, but most importantly, be yourself.
